Affiliate Payment Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At KANLAFLEX, we value our affiliate partners and believe in rewarding them fairly and transparently. Below are our official payment terms.

1. Commission Tracking

All affiliate sales are tracked using unique referral links provided through our affiliate system.

Commissions are credited only when the sale is completed through the affiliate’s unique link and payment has been received in full.

Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled orders will result in commission reversal.

2. Commission Rates

Commission rates may vary by special promotion and will always be visible in your affiliate dashboard.

3. Payment Methods

We currently support the following payout methods:

PayPal (default, worldwide).

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details.

4. Payout Schedule

Commissions are paid on a Net-30 basis (30 days after the sale) to allow for returns or disputes.

Example: Sales made in January will be paid in the first week of March.

Payments are processed once per month.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout is $50 USD.

If your balance is below $50, it will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.

6. Currency

All commissions are calculated and paid in USD.

Affiliates may incur currency conversion fees depending on their payment provider.

7. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in their country of residence.

KANLAFLEX may request documentation (such as W-9/W-8BEN forms for U.S. affiliates) if required by law.

8. Program Adjustments

KANLAFLEX reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, or payout methods. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in advance.

Fraudulent activity (self-purchases, fake leads, or misuse of affiliate links) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
