Prices and Taxes

All product prices shown on momosportslife.com are exclusive of sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes. KANLAFLEX is not registered to collect or remit such taxes on behalf of customers outside of the United States. Depending on your location, local tax authorities may require you to pay these charges separately, either during checkout (if calculated) or at the time of delivery.

International Orders and Import Duties

For international customers, orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout. They are determined by your local government and are beyond our control.

You, the customer, are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your local authorities. KANLAFLEX is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or the refusal of delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes.

If a shipment is returned to KANLAFLEX because duties or taxes were not paid, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, handling fees, or related expenses from your refund. In some cases, refunds may not be possible if the goods cannot be returned to us due to customs restrictions.
