Refund Policy


If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of any new KANLAFLEX, GR8FLEX, or MOMO Sports Life product, you may request a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that our Return Policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or accidents, in accordance with the terms of our Limited Warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but because of the size and weight of our fitness products, shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable. All returns need to be approved first, and approved returns will include a return shipping charge.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please return your product in its original packaging and in good condition. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of misuse may be subject to additional restocking fees or may not qualify for a refund.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I make a return?

Please ensure your item(s) are in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, and tickets attached. A final inspection will be carried out before processing your return. Items that do not meet our return policy will be declined and sent back at your expense.

To start a return, email us at info@kanlaflex.com. If your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your returned item(s), they will undergo a quality check to confirm they are in good condition and meet our refund policy requirements. This process may take up to 3–5 working days.

After your return is approved, it can take up to 10-15 working days for the refund to be processed by the payment service provider. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

How to Make an Exchange

Our exchange policy applies only to defective items or incorrect products received in your online order. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason other than a defect or error, please follow our standard return process within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
