At KANLAFLEX, we are committed to delivering fitness equipment that's built to last. Every product is designed with durability, safety, and performance in mind — and we proudly stand behind that promise with our warranty plan.

Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Limited Warranty (Frame): The structural frame of all KANLAFLEX equipment is covered for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

1-Year Limited Warranty (Parts & Components): All other parts, including moving components and attachments, are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Claim Process

If you experience an issue, simply contact us at support@kanlaflex.com with proof of purchase and product details. Our team will review your claim and provide repair, replacement, or a comparable substitute when applicable.

Shipping & Responsibility

Customers cover the cost of shipping defective items back to KANLAFLEX.

Repaired or replacement items are shipped back to you free of charge.

Limitations

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Use in commercial or institutional settings is excluded unless specifically stated.
