About
MOMO Core is the foundational home training system in the MOMO lineup, built for people who want a simple, versatile way to stay strong, mobile, and consistent at home.
It arrives fully assembled, so you can start training right away. The 4-level adjustable backrest helps you find a comfortable setup for different movements, while 35+ anchor positions give you the flexibility to adjust attachments, resistance, and weight-bar placement to suit the way you train.
As your strength improves, Core grows with you. The band system supports up to 270 lb of resistance on top of your body weight, with 4 resistance bands totaling 50 lb included to get you started.
And when you want to do more, Core is ready to expand into Pilates, lower-body, strength, and functional training with compatible MOMO accessories.
Registered owners are covered by MOMO’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
