Why We Created This Backrest

Many customers asked us if there was a way to achieve better support, greater comfort, and improved stability on their existing Total Gym systems without replacing their entire setup.

To address these requests, we spent several months researching, designing, and testing a new solution. After extensive development and valuable feedback from product testers, we created this Universal Adjustable Backrest Attachment, specifically engineered for the most popular Total Gym models while also supporting the MOMO PRO and GR8FLEX systems.

Enhance comfort, stability, and support during seated workouts with the Universal Adjustable Backrest Attachment, designed to fit a wide range of sliding bench home gym systems, including MOMO PRO, Total Gym FIT, XL, XLS, G5, G3, and GR8FLEX.

The backrest mounts securely to the sliding bench using a compatible weight bar (sold separately), providing a stable and ergonomic support system for seated exercises such as rowing, chest presses, shoulder presses, arm workouts, core training, and more.

The padded backrest helps maintain proper posture, improves stability, and reduces fatigue, allowing you to train longer and more comfortably.
